As a frequent traveler and marathon runner with a keen eye for location and amenities, I found the experience here to be satisfying, even if it’s hidden away on narrow roads. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a warm welcome drink, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The family room we occupied was spacious and well-equipped, with sparkling clean details and free Wi-Fi that exceeded my expectations given the remote area. A notable highlight is the terrace where the views are expansive, providing a tranquil backdrop to unwind. Breakfast, while adequate with fresh pastries and local cheese, could benefit from more variety; however, dining here in the evening was a delightful surprise, featuring fresh ingredients and excellent vegetarian options. Given the reasonable room rates compared to typical business hotels, Le Clocher serves as an excellent choice not just as a stop-over, but as an inviting retreat worth investing in for those traveling through this beautiful region.
